Harry Potter star Jessie Cave has been rushed to hospital, with the actress telling fans she feels like she's been 'hit by a tonne of bricks.'
The 34-year-old, who is pregnant with her fourth child, said she became increasingly unwell after testing positive for Covid a few weeks ago.
Mum Jessie, who is best known to fans for playing Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter movie franchise, shared a photo from her hospital bed.
"Triage, once again....Anyone else had covid in 3rd trimester and had it hit them like a tonne of bricks for weeks?" she asked her followers.
"Also - has anyone taken the anti-nausea drug and it made them feel worse?" she added.
Jessie told fans last month that she had tested positive for Covid and was experiencing 'constant nausea.'
"Coronavirus followed by Norovirus on top of the near constant nausea this entire pregnancy.
"But I'm still managing to be a total ray of sunshine don't worry," she joked.
Replying to her post, comedian Felicity Ward said: “Oh honey. I’m so sorry. Like your body hasn’t got enough to deal with. Sending you lots of love lovely.”
Sara Pascoe, also a stand-up, added: “Oh Jessie I’m so sorry this is rotten.”
The Harry Potter Jessie announced that she was expecting baby number four with her comedian boyfriend Alfie Brown in December.
The couple are already parents to Margot, four, Donnie, six and 13-month-old Abraham.
Jessie experienced a 'terrifying labour' while welcoming Abraham last year.
The actress wound up in intensive care before she was finally allowed to return home to recover.
Then when Abraham was just two-months-old he tested positive for Covid and was taken to Chelsea & Westminster hospital.
Jessie posted at the time: "I watched the news about lockdown from an isolated room in hospital. Poor baby is covid positive.
"He's okay and doing well but they are being vigilant and cautious, thankfully."
Jessie and partner Alfie first met in 2012 but went on their first date a year later.
It resulted in a one night stand, after which Jessie discovered she was expecting.
Opening up about the surprise for an article in The Sunday Times Style, Jessie wrote: "I came to the decision that I was very lucky to be having his baby, and that whatever he was going to say to me, I would be OK.
"Though something told me that our one night stand together was unique and beautiful – and deep down, being together one day already felt inevitable to be, even though I didn’t wat to jinx it."
