Philadelphia currently has about $33,657,986 in cap space per Over The Cap, and they’re spending about $100+ million plus on both sides of the football.
The Eagles also have a Haason Reddick dilemma that’ll be resolved in the next week or more.
With the second wave of free agency set to begin, we’re predicting the starting lineup for Week 1 in Brazil.
QB--Jalen Hurts
Hurts will return with Kellen Moore as the new offensive coordinator, and Saquon Barkley as the perfect three down back.
RB--Saquon Barkley
Barkley will head to Philadelphia on a three-year deal and he could be dominant running behind the Eagles dominant offensive line.
WR--A.J. Brown
Brown has posted back to back 1,400 yard seasons.
WR--DeVonta Smith
Smith is looking for a contract extension after posting consecutive 1,000 yard seasons.
WR--Parris Campbell
Campbell, a 2019 second-round pick out of Ohio State, is coming off a disappointing season with the Giants in which he caught 20 of 27 targets for just 104 yards while adding 191 yards as a kick returner.
Campbell’s most productive season came in 2022 with Colts, as he logged 63 catches for 623 yards, and 3 receiving touchdowns. Campbell now gets a chance to compete for depth working behind A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert.
TE--Dallas Goedert
Goedert is looking for his first 1,000 yard season and is coming off a season in which he logged 59 catches, for 592 yards, and 3 touchdowns.
LT -- Jordan Mailata
Mailata continues to improve, and finished 2023 as one of the NFL’s highest-graded offensive tackles.
LG -- Landon Dickerson
Dickerson is a two-time Pro Bowler, and just signed the richest contract for an offensive guard in NFL history.
C--Cam Jurgens
The Eagles will have a new center for the first time in 13 seasons after Jason Kelce announced his retirement.
Jurgens will move back to the center position after spending his second NFL season at right guard.
RG--Tyler Steen
The second-year offensive lineman from Alabama gets the first crack after Cam Jurgens moves back to center.
RT--Lane Johnson
The best right tackle in the NFL returns without Jason Kelce and Fletcher Cox for the first time in his career.
DE--Bryce Huff
Brandon Graham will be a reserve after the Eagles agreed to a deal with Bryce Huff. Philadelphia agreed to a three-year, $51 million deal with the former Jets pass rusher.
At 25 years old, Huff has increased his sack production in seasons, jumping from 3.5 sacks in 2022 to 10.0 this past season.
DT --Jalen Carter
Carter will replace the legendary Fletcher Cox, and he’ll return after finishing second in the AP NFL Rookie of the Year award.
DT--Jordan Davis
Davis will get the start over Milton Williams because he’s a first round pick, but he’ll under the most pressure enter year three.
DE--Josh Sweat
Sweat restructured his deal and will return for what could be his final season in Philadelphia.
LB--Nakobe Dean
Dean returns to the lineup after seeing his second season ended by injury.
LB--Devin White
The 26-year-old White has a chance to finally bring stability to the linebacker position.
CB--Darius Slay
CB--James Bradberry
Bradberry will likely get the first chance at starting opposite Darius Slay, but he could face competition from Kelee Ringo, Eli Ricks, and Isaiah Rodgers.
Slot CB --Tyler Hall
Philadelphia released Avonte Maddox this offseason, and Hall adds depth at the Nickel position, having played 78% of his career snaps in the slot.
The Wyoming product recorded 20 tackles while seeing snaps in the slot on defense and special teams last season.
He’ll likely be working to earn a similar role with Philadelphia in 2024.
S-Reed Blankenship
Blankenship appeared in 15 regular-season games last season, leading the Eagles in interceptions (three), solo tackles (79) and total tackles (113).
S--C.J. Gardner-Johnson
Gardner-Johnson returns to Philadelphia after spending one season with the Detroit Lions.
