The midweek Premier League fixtures have thrown up another set of twists and turns as the relegation battle rumbles on at the bottom of the table.
Leeds United were held at Elland Road by Leicester City on Tuesday evening, while Nottingham Forest were able to claim a vital three points at home to Brighton 24 hours later, while Thursday night's action saw Everton go down 4-1 at home to Newcastle and Bournemouth see off Southampton 1-0.
That leave Saints sitting bottom of the pile on 24 points, Everton in 19th on 28 points, the Foxes a point better off in 18th place, while Leeds and Forest are in 16th and 17th place respectively on 30 points,

It's not looking increasingly likely that it will be three from the current bottom five going down, with each of these relegation-haunted sides facing just five games left.
There is no chance to catch breath though, as this weekend sees some more huge fixtures, with Leeds heading to the south coast to face Bournemouth on Sunday, while Everton and Leicester City lock horns on Monday night.
