Pre-season ACL injuries sideline AFL pair

Carlton forward Jesse Motlop and North Melbourne defender Jackson Archer are likely to miss the whole AFL season after disastrous pre-season injuries.

Motlop and Archer suffered ACL ruptures that are likely to mean knee reconstruction surgeries and certainly will involve months of rehabilitation.
