Power rebate scam in Goa: No legal respite for Transport minister Mauvin Godinho, others

COLVA: Special judge Vincent D'Silva on Saturday dismissed the applications filed by transport minister Mauvin Godinho and others for their discharge in the alleged Rs 4.5 crore power rebate scam.

Godinho along with then chief electrical engineer T Nagarajan and the other accused have been charged under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
