Pothole repairs row breaks out as Government names and shames 'worst' London boroughs

A number of London boroughs have been named and shamed by the Government for apparently failing to repair potholed roads.

Greenwich, Kensington and Chelsea and Waltham Forest were each given a “red” rating by the Department for Transport.
