Potential Final Fantasy 7 Revelation DLC could focus on spin-offs like Dirge of Cerberus or Advent Children, director hints, as long as fans want it

Nothing's been set in stone yet, but Final Fantasy 7 Revelation DLC is on the table and director Naoki Hamaguchi is thinking about incorporating FF7's various spin-offs should fans want it loudly enough.

Square Enix is finally concluding its expansive remake of Final Fantasy 7 next year, but the third and final part of the trilogy doesn't include the entire Final Fantasy 7 story. Spin-off games like Dirge of Cerberus and the sequel movie Advent Children understandably fall outside of the remake series' scope... for now, at least.
