'Position to learn': Premier confirms safety review of Knights crowd crash

NSW Premier Chris Minns has confirmed a review will be undertaken of the crowd safety measures in light of the Wallsend crash that left 10 Knights fans injured.

A day of Hunter-wide celebration around the Newcastle Knights' NRL grand final qualification turned to horror last Saturday when a BMW allegedly driven by an 18-year-old P-plater ploughed into fans near a roundabout on the Newcastle Link Road at Wallsend.
