Unrestricted free agent Karl Amon appears headed back to his home state of Victoria after telling Port Adelaide he wants to the test the open market.
The Power announced Amon's decision and wished him well on Monday night, stating they'd constantly discussed his future throughout the season.
Amon, 27, has been strongly linked with Hawthorn and would be a solid addition for the Hawks after their 8-14 campaign.
As an unrestricted free agent, the Power can't match any offer Amon receives.
Port Adelaide list manager Jason Cripps thanked the winger for his 127-game, 55-goal tenure since joining the club in 2013.
"Karl has been an outstanding clubman in his time with us and he should be commended for his professionalism and maturity this season in particular," he said.
"The club and Karl remained in continual discussion around his future throughout the season, yet his dedication to his preparation and application on game day never wavered.
"We wish him well in the next stage of his career."
Port also announced they would delist defender Sam Skinner and midfielders Sam Mayes and Taj Schofield.
