Police have seized two luxury cars and charged a man and a woman in their 40s with serious drug offences after locating commercial quantities of cocaine and MDMA at a Melbourne unit.
Officers executed a search warrant at a unit on St Kilda Road at about 8am on Thursday.
During the search police seized cocaine with an estimated potential street value of more than $140,000, MDMA worth more than $40,000, and $25,000 worth of ketamine, as well as quantities of cannabis and prescription medication, police revealed on Saturday.
Police also located almost $40,000 in cash, and seized mobile phones and two Porsches, alleged to have been purchased with the proceeds of crime.
A 46-year-old man and 45-year-old woman were arrested at the property.
The pair have been charged with trafficking commercial quantities of drugs of dependence.
They were both granted bail and are due to appear before Melbourne Magistrates' Court on April 29.
