As is always the case on transfer deadline day, there will be a number of twists and turns before the window slams shut until the summer on Tuesday evening. Any clubs looking to complete any remaining business in the winter market have until 11pm to get deals over the line.
Following the arrival of Arnaut Danjuma on a loan deal from Villarreal last Wednesday, Tottenham will add to the signing of the Netherlands international by concluding a deal for Pedro Porro. Negotiations have dragged on for quite some time but Monday evening saw a breakthrough and the Spaniard will soon become a Spurs player.
So what exactly would a dream deadline day look like for Conte and Tottenham? football.london takes a look below.

Incomings
The priority for Tottenham on deadline is for the signing of Porro from Sporting CP to be officially announced. Needing a new right wing-back for quite some time, the Lilywhites will finally get their man on deadline day after protracted negotiations with the Portuguese club.
There is still time in the day for Tottenham to make another transfer move if they so wish. Centre-back is an area that they could very much do with strengthening, with Bayer Leverkusen ace Piero Hincapie a player of interest to the club.
Daniel Levy and Fabio Paratici could try their luck for the highly-rated Ecuador international, but a move this late in the window would cost Tottenham a huge amount of money as the German club will have next to no time to sign a replacement. Even if they cannot get a deal over the line right now, Spurs could make big strides to concluding a summer deal as they look to take their backline up to the next level.
Outgoings
Following Bryan Gil's loan move back to Sevilla which was confirmed on Monday evening and Djed Spence on course to link up with Rennes, a few more loan deals could potentially be in the offing. As a number of young players are regulars in training under Antonio Conte but not getting a look in in terms of minutes, they could depart on loan to help aid their development.
One of Brandon Austin or Alfie Whiteman could potentially go elsewhere as there is no need to have four goalkeepers on the books at present. As the latter spent the 2022 season in Sweden with Degerfors, a loan move for the former may be beneficial so he can get some first-team football under his belt.
Deadline day may also see Harvey White finally get a loan move after last featuring regularly for Portsmouth two years ago. The Championship should be his next destination as he looks to take the next step in his young career.
Amid talk of a transfer exit for Lucas Moura, Gil's return to Sevilla means the Brazilian may well remain in N17 unless there is a late deal for another attacker. Oliver Skipp is another who will stay with the club this month despite interest from a host of clubs as Conte rates him highly and Spurs need to ensure they have enough midfield options.
Transfer rivals
While of course the full focus will be on incomings and outgoings at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium at this late stage in the transfer window, the club, and fans for that matter, will undoubtedly have one eye on the business their transfer rivals complete. Currently in fifth and three points off Newcastle United in third, Spurs are in a good position to attack the rest of the campaign with Champions League and FA Cup football still on the agenda.
Taking the squad to the next level last January with Rodrigo Bentancur and Dejan Kulusevski joining from Juventus, the hope is that a couple of new additions this time around will result in Spurs kicking on and sealing another top-four finish. Tottenham will of course need a few favours along the way between now and May as they look to overhaul Newcastle and Manchester United and also avoid seeing Brighton & Hove Albion leapfrog them in the standings.
The Red Devils face a decision over what to do in terms of bringing in another midfielder amid concerns over the severity of the injury Christian Eriksen picked up in their FA Cup win over Reading last weekend. If they elect against signing a replacement then it could potentially backfire depending on how long the Dane is set to be on the sidelines for.
Another transfer addition could give Newcastle a further boost to achieving their Champions League aspirations after signing Anthony Gordon from Everton on Sunday. Tottenham will be hoping that isn't the case as Eddie Howe's side are in a promising position to finish in the top four as things stand.
One deal that could possibly help Spurs out is Moises Caicedo departing Brighton for Arsenal before the 11pm deadline. While it would strengthen their north London rivals in their title charge, the midfielder leaving the Amex could possibly take the legs out of their European push, although they have continued to go from strength to strength since losing the likes of Ben White, Yves Bissouma, Marc Cucurella and Dan Burn.
