A popular restaurant in the southside has just been put on the market by the couple who been running it for over 12 years.
Top chef Ian Brown and his wife Sheila, who run Ian Brown Food & Drink in Giffnock, have put the popular eatery on Eastwoodmains Road up for sale for offers over £75,000, with an annual rent of £22,500.
Described as a "rare opportunity" to buy an "established, immaculate and renowned restaurant/bistro business" in the southside, the The Restaurant Agency, which is helping with the sale, added that it is also home to what Scotland the Best Guide author Peter Irvine described as "the best meal in the southside".

Alan Goldie of The Restaurant Agency said: "Operated by our clients, Ian and Sheila Brown for over 12 years it is a popular neighbourhood restaurant with fantastic reviews, open 5 days a week currently for lunch and dinner service.
"This 40-cover restaurant corner restaurant is particularly well presented (like the food) and offers a homely ambience with a contemporary interior, well-planned commercial kitchen, storage and toilet facilities all on a single floor opening out to approx 66 sq m (710 sq ft)."
