Popular Edinburgh burger restaurant Fat Hippo announce new city centre location

Fat Hippo Edinburgh St James Quarter

Popular burger restaurant Fat Hippo has announced plans to open a new venue in Edinburgh's city centre next month.

The independent group, who specialise in their signature beef and buttermilk chicken burgers, already have a pop-up located within Lane7 at St James Quarter.

However, their flagship Edinburgh store is set to open on July 7 on George Street, surrounded by some of the capital's most popular food and drink venues.
