A popular hot dog stall has announced that it is closing at Cardiff Market for good.
Franks, which was open for business at Cardiff Market every weekend, announced that it will be closing its shutters for the final time on March 26.
The popular hot dog stall first opened a unit at Cardiff Market in 2019, replacing the old Cheese Pantry unit.

An Instagram post announcing the closure read: "Waving goodbye to the little pink stall.
"After (a not so smooth) 2 and a bit years, it’s time for us to roll down the blinds one final time @ [sic] the Market. With our lease expiring at the end of this month, our final day here will be March 26th."
While the stall at Cardiff Market will close this month, the Instagram post announced that Franks will be at the Thirsty Elephant in Pontyclun on March 24 and Depot's Sausage and Cider festival on April 2.
The stall will also be delivering 'at home' kits over Easter weekend.
"This has been a great little bolt hole in the city and we can’t wait to see someone new come in and use this space as a springboard and do something lush with it," the post continued.
"There’s plenty we’ll say about this little place but for now we’ll just say thank you. Thank you everyone who’s visited and helped make out time here so lovely. We’re so excited about what’s to come."
