Popeyes' plan for new drive-thru restaurant near Netherfield will create 100 jobs

Popeyes Nottingham United Kingdom

Popular fried chicken chain Popeyes is set to open one of its first drive-thru restaurants in the UK at the £30m Teal Park development near Netherfield. The new Popeyes, which is expected to open next spring, will create 100 jobs.

The fast food chain, known for its popular Chicken Sandwich, already has a branch in Upper Parliament Street, in Nottingham city centre, which opened in October last year.

The new restaurant will open at Teal Park, off the A612 Colwick Loop Road between Netherfield and Stoke Bardolph, which has been jointly developed by Warwickshire based AC Lloyd Commercial (ACL) and Nottingham based Henry Davidson Developments (HDD).
