The Pop Idol winner, 41, and husband Jeff Nimmo are now proud parents to two boys.
Sharing the news on Twitter on Tuesday, she penned: "Goodbye January although I don’t know how any other month this year could top you as you’re the month we welcomed the newest addition to our family."
Revealing the newborn's name, she continued: "Please say hello to Nicholas Peter Nimmo. Thank you for completing our family and our world. Love Mummy, Daddy & Harry."
Michelle treated her followers by uploading a photo of little Nicholas sleeping while dressed in a cute blue and white outfit.
In November, the singer announced she was expecting a second child with Jeff - who she tied the knot with in 2017 in a stunning ceremony held in the Scottish Highlands.
She posted a sweet picture alongside her husband Jeff Nimmo and son Harry as she made the announcement over Twitter.
Michelle - who became a mum for the first time after welcoming Harry in February 2020 - said that ‘baby Nimmo no2’ is due in early 2020 and that the family can't wait to become a four.
She told fans the wonderful news on social media - and said the baby is only a few months away. The singer captioned the photo: "Harry playing peekaboo with Mummy, Daddy and bump.
"Baby Nimmo no2 due early 2022 #overthemoon#family#love#pregnant#3become4."
