Pop Idol's Michelle McManus looked completely different as she revealed her new funky hairstyle.

Scot Michelle was just 23 when she found fame on Pop Idol, more than 17 years ago. At the time, the talent show was hosted by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly and Michelle won the contest ahead of Mark Rhodes.

Michelle revealed her new bright orange hair as she took to Instagram to discuss her Christmas Extravaganza O Holy Night show coming this festive season. Fans were amazed by her transformation and flocked to the comments to compliment her new look.
