A cruel owner has been banned from owning animals for five years after a dog she was supposed to be caring for was left suffering for months.
Yvonne Williams, 50, pleded guilty to failing to provide veterinary treatment or pain relief for her pet, who has had to be put down, the DailyRecord reports.
