Some visitors to Pontins Brean Sands have slammed the holiday resort as "atrocious" with "filthy rooms", "freezing conditions" and police patrolling the site.
Customers have been warning others of their bad experiences on TripAdvisor, with one person telling of how they immediately left within minutes of getting their room key. That post is just one of a number of scathing reviews for the holiday park since the turn of the year, reports Somerset Live.
In 2022, the Pontins Brean Sands TripAdvisor page has received 21 reviews, 16 of which rated the establishment one out of five. Alyson wrote: "We had planned to stay for a long weekend but when we saw the room and we promptly gave back the key and left. The room was filthy - we wouldn't put our dog in it.
