The Chicago Bears have revealed their 2022 NFL schedule, which features one of the easiest slates in the league.
Aside from facing their NFC North rivals twice this season, the Bears will square off against the AFC East and NFC East, which includes home games against the Buffalo Bills, Philadelphia Eagles and Miami Dolphins, as well as away games against the Dallas Cowboys, New England Patriots and New York Jets.
They’ll also face the same-place finisher from the NFC South (Atlanta Falcons) and NFC West (San Francisco 49ers). With the additional 17th regular-season game, the Bears will host the Houston Texans.
Chicago will open the season at home for the first time in three years, where they’ll welcome the 49ers to town in a matchup featuring Justin Fields vs. Trey Lance. The Bears will once again close out the regular season against the Vikings — only this time in Chicago.
Despite a disappointing 6-11 campaign in 2021, the Bears have three prime-time games: Week 2 at Green Bay Packers, Week 6 hosting the Washington Commanders and Week 7 at the Patriots.
While it’s certainly too early to predict where the Bears will finish in 2022, that’s exactly why this schedule release exists. Now that you’ve had time to digest Chicago’s 2022 slate, what do you think the Bears will finish this season?
