This upcoming season has to be one of the most anticipated in the Cleveland Browns’ history, at least since their return in 1999. Things are changing in Cleveland, as the team showed its commitment to the current direction by signing head coach Kevin Stefanski and general manager Andrew Berry to long-term extensions.
Berry and the rest of the front office have put together one of the best rosters in the NFL without many weaknesses. Of course, as always, much of this year’s success will depend on Deshaun Watson elevating his game and returning to Pro Bowl form.
However, the team won despite some horrific quarterback play at times in 2023, although it wasn’t enough in the playoffs. The team is set to have a chance to make the playoffs for the third time in five years, something the Browns haven’t done since the 1980s.
I am cautiously optimistic that Watson will play better in 2024 after he showed signs of returning to form last year. I predict the team will win 12 games and the division crown. How many games do you think they will win?
