A policeman who filmed a woman undressing on his iPad has been jailed. Kieran Ball, 30, secretly recorded the woman on the device which he'd placed on a window sill.
Ball, who served with the British Transport Police (BTP) in Coventry, West Mids, was found guilty of voyeurism at Leamington Crown Court in April. He was jailed for 12 months at a sentencing hearing, and issued with a restraining order banning him from contacting the victim or going within 100 metres of her address.
The judge also ordered him to sign the sex offenders register for 10 years. The incident happened in June 2021 when Ball was a serving police officer.
