Detectives have warned the general public not to approach a man they say officers want to speak with in connection with 12 reported burglaries.
Michael Daniels, said Greater Manchester Police, is 'wanted' in connection with reported break-ins in the Hale, Cheadle and Cheshire areas.
The appeal is being run on Greater Manchester Police's social media channels - and his photograph is being circulated. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is being asked to contact police, but the force said he 'is not to be approached'.
They have reminded the public always to call 999 in the event of a burglary. No further details have been confirmed by the force about him or the reported burglaries.
The appeal is being run on GMP Trafford social media channels.
Writing on Facebook, GMP Trafford South said: "#WANTED. Can you help us find Michael Daniels? He is wanted in connection with a dozen burglaries in Hale, Cheadle and Cheshire.
"He is not to be approached but anyone with information should call us on 101. Always call 999 in an emergency."
