Police locate ‘high-risk’ patient who fled mental health facility in London

London Police Mental Health Hyde Park Metropolitan Police

Police have located a man who absconded from a mental health facility and was thought to be sleeping rough in north west London.

Vasile Coceban, 36 - said to have posed a risk to the public - had been reported missing by staff at the Park Royal Centre in Acton Lane, Brent, at around 10.30am on Wednesday.
