Reports of a shooting in Bolton Point: large-scale police operation launched

Several suburban streets in Lake Macquarie were shut down overnight after police received reports of a shooting.

Residents in Bolton Point and Fennell Bay were told to avoid the area and stay inside just after 4pm on Wednesday, July 8 as police launched a large-scale operation.
