Police make three arrests after man seriously injured in Bristol shooting

  • A man sustained serious injuries following a shooting incident in Bristol on Wednesday afternoon.
  • The incident occurred around 1.47pm on Speedwell Road in the Speedwell area.
  • Avon and Somerset Police have arrested three individuals in connection with the shooting.
  • A man in his twenties was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, while another man and a woman, both in their twenties, were detained for assisting an offender.
  • Police confirmed they are not seeking any further suspects, though enquiries are ongoing, and a scene remains in St Anne’s Woods.
