South Wales Police has launched a Section 60 notice that will allow them to stop and search anyone within certain areas of Cardiff.
In a Facebook post, South Wales Police announced that they have issued a Section 60 notice which gives officers the authority to stop and search anyone within the areas of Cardiff identified on a map posted with the announcement.
The Section 60 notice took effect from 4.20pm on Monday, January 17 and will be in place until 4.20pm on Tuesday, January 18.
