Scotland Yard is taking no action against former mayoral candidate Shaun Bailey and other attendees of a gathering during lockdown at Conservative Party headquarters.

Mr Bailey, who is believed to be in line for a peerage, and Tory aides were seen posing for a photo while raising glasses beside buffet food while London was under coronavirus rules.
