Police issue CCTV appeal after two cars stolen from Sutton in Ashfield property

Officers have issued CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to following a car key burglary. During the early hours of Sunday, June 11, a Mercedes and a Fiat were stolen after intruders had entered a house in Bathwood Drive, Sutton-in-Ashfield.

In addition to the cars, a purse, cash, laptop, watches, bank cards and an iPhone were also stolen. Investigator Nikki Wiley, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “We have been pursuing numerous lines of inquiry since this distressing crime took place and we are keen to hear from members of the public who may have information that could lead us to identifying the men in the CCTV images.

"We believe they could have information which will help our inquiries.” Anyone who recognises either of the men in the images is urged to call Nottinghamshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 159 of 11 June 2023.

Alternatively Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555 111.
