Police hunt three women following brutal assault at London Bridge Station

Detectives have launched an investigation after two women were attacked at London Bridge Underground station.

Both victims were accosted by three women as they reached the bottom of the stairs in the ticket hall at around 11.05am on Friday, September 16.

Police have appealed for anyone with information about this woman to come forward following an attack at London Bridge Station (British Transport Police)

The assailants threw them to the floor before stamping on their heads.

Both victims went to hospital but neither were seriously injured.

However, they have been left “shaken up” following the brutal assault, British Transport Police said.

Officers have released CCTV images of people they want to speak to in relation to the attack. They have urged anyone with information to come forward.
