A Wallsend man who was wanted in connection with a stalking offence has now been arrested after a police search.
Northumbria Police has confirmed officers have found Mark Smith, 47, following an appeal to the public for help.
Officers had been searching a number of addresses in the Northumbria area in a bid to find him.

The force said the man is no longer wanted and has been arrested.
He remains in police custody at this time.
