The £700,000-a-year head of the Police Federation of England and Wales is among three board members arrested on suspicion of fraud by abuse of position.

City of London Police’s Domestic Corruption Unit carried out raids at the organisation’s Federation House headquarters in Leatherhead, Surrey, and residential premises in Wales, Somerset and London on Wednesday morning.
