Noosa house destroyed by fire, police investigate links to teen's alleged assault

A house on the Sunshine Coast has been destroyed by fire.

Police are investigating potential links between the alleged deprivation of liberty and assault of a teenage girl on the Sunshine Coast and a fire that destroyed a house overnight.

Last week, three girls, aged 12, 13, and 14 years old, were charged with deprivation of liberty and assault, accused of luring a teenager to a property in the Noosa region and holding her against her will.
