Police were called to the scene of a crash in Bristol this afternoon. Photos sent to Bristol Live this afternoon (July 10) show a vehicle stopped in the middle of a road with emergency services called to the scene.
A cordon appears to be in place - including road signage and traffic cones - surrounding a silver car which seems to have been left at an angle on a junction in the residential area.
A police van is parked next to it, thought to serve as a warning to passing traffic of the car's presence. It appears that the car had crashed. Bristol Live has approached Avon and Somerset Police for more information.

The car is located on White Tree Road, just across from the Waitrose and next to two traffic islands with bollards. At time of writing AA Traffic is reporting no closures however has reported slower than usual traffic on that stretch of road.
Bristol Live understands the car left in the road was damaged in a collision and was not drivable, and the road was cordoned off while the driver awaited recovery.
