Police allege that on October 13 last year, two men and a woman were with 21-year-old Jack Steven James Brearley, who has already been charged with the murder of Cassius.
Cassius was walking with friends after school in Middle Swan, when 21-year-old Mr Brearley allegedly attacked him with a metal pole, which police believe to be a shopping trolley handle.
The teenager suffered serious head injuries and died in hospital 10 days later.
A 27-year-old man from Wundowie, a 24-year-old man from Chidlow and a 20-year-old woman from Herne Hill have each been charged with murder and will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court on Friday.
Mr Brearley is also accused of attacking another 13-year-old boy who was with Cassius, and stealing his crutches and cap.
The 21-year-old has been charged with one count each of murder, assault, and stealing.
He has not yet been required to enter a plea to his charges and remains in custody at Casuarina Prison.
In the days following Cassius's death, tributes were held across the nation, with thousands attending vigils in honour of the boy's memory.
Cassius's family released a statement on Thursday evening following the announcement of the new charges.
"On behalf of the mother, brother and all family of Cassius's, we are thankful for the efforts of [WA Police]," the statement said.
"This news is another step towards justice and plays a part of healing for many."
