Police were called to Nottingham Victoria Centre after a woman was left injured following an assault. The female suffered minor injuries as a result of the incident that took place inside the shopping centre at around 4.30pm on Monday, January 23.
Nottinghamshire Police have urged anyone with any information to come forward. A spokesman for the force said: “We were made aware of a disturbance at the Victoria Centre, Nottingham, shortly after 4.30pm on Monday, 23 January 2023.
“One female suffered minor injuries following an assault. Inquiries are ongoing and anyone with information that could assist the investigation is asked to call 101 quoting occurrence 23*51037.” A spokesperson for Victoria Centre said its security team helped support officers
“We can confirm that Nottinghamshire Police were called to the centre on Monday afternoon to deal with a disturbance involving members of the public," they said. "The Police were supported by our own security team."
