Police appeal to trace 89-year-old woman missing from Rochdale care home

Greater Manchester Police have appealed for the public's help in tracing a 79-year-old woman missing from a Rochdale care home. Margaret Puttick was last seen on Milkstone Road at around 6.50pm on Saturday night.

She is described as white, slim build, 5ft 2in with grey hair and was last seen wearing a purple/blue rain coat, grey jumper, black joggers, black trainers with white soles and a black bum bag round her waist.

Appealing for help on Facebook in the early hours of Sunday, Greater Manchester Police said: "Margaret has left the address on foot alone and did not state where she was going to care home staff."

Anyone with information should contact police either online or via the 101 non-emergency number quoting log 3601 of 110622.
