A wanted man who it was believed could be in the Tyneside area has been found and arrested.
An appeal was put out by Northumbria Police as they sought the public's help in their search for the man.
It was reported that the man was actively evading arrest and could have been in the Gateshead area, with searches having already been carried out at a number of associated addresses in a bid to locate him.
On Tuesday morning, Northumbria Police confirmed the man had been found and arrested.
