Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was seriously injured in an 'unprovoked attack' in Bury. The 35-year-old victim was hit over the head with an 'unknown object' on Rochdale Road.
He told police he was attacked by two men, wearing black face masks. Both were described as white and were wearing black clothing.

The attack took place at about 10.50pm on Monday. Anyone with information, footage or who may have witnessed this incident, is asked to contact police on 0161 856 8562 quoting log 3849 of 05/09/2022 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
