'Pokémon TCG' Reveals Major End-of-Round Rule Changes Ahead of 2026 Championships

The "Pokémon Trading Card Game" (TCG) Championship Series is updating its end-of-round rules beginning February 13, 2026, aiming to improve match flow and fairness.

Following player feedback and months of testing, the system introduced in September 2025 will be replaced with a structure designed to give competitors more predictable and strategic play opportunities.
