The full moon brings event bonuses and an abundance of little bears for Pokemon Go’s November 2022 Community Day. Teddiursa will be featured during the event with the opportunity to evolve into a Ursaluna.
From 2pm on Saturday, November 12, to 6am on Sunday, November 13 (local time), Pokemon Go players will see an increase in Teddiursa appearances. Some of these may even be rare shiny versions so get your Pokeballs ready.
During the Community Day, a full moon will be visible in the skies of Pokemon Go. While this full moon is visible, players will be able to evolve Ursaring into an Ursaluna with special charged attack High Horsepower.
The evolution will need 100 Candies so all the Teddiursa you catch will come in handy. Once the moon sets, your Ursaring will only be able to evolve again during a full moon.
Community Day event bonuses
Bonuses are also in place throughout the event too:
3× Stardust for catching Pokemon
2× chance for Trainers Level 31+ to receive Candy XL for catching Pokemon
2× Candy for catching Pokemon
Lure Modules activated during the event will last for three hours
Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event will last for three hours
Trades will require 50% less Stardust (from 2pm to 10pm on Community Day)
One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two for the day (from 2pm to 10pm on Community Day)
Community Day Classic
November will also give users the chance to play in a Community Day Classic which features Dratini. On November 5 from 2pm to 5pm, this dragon type will appear more frequently in the wild.
This will also come with the chance of shiny Dratinis and the ability to evolve your Dragonair into a Dragonite that knows the Charged Attack Draco Meteor. Evolving can be done during the event or for up to two hours after it ends.
Community Day Classic will also bring boosters for stardust and longer lasting incense and lure modules. Take some snapshots out and about and you may see a little surprise too.
