For the second straight week, the Cleveland Browns found a way to win in a dog fight. They beat the Indianapolis Colts on the road by a final score of 39-38 despite playing their backup quarterback for the majority of both games. P.J. Walker wasn’t great but he came up with some big plays on the final touchdown drive for Cleveland.
Myles Garrett had another Defensive Player of the Year-type game with two strip sack fumbles and a blocked field goal. He single-handedly created a massive swing in the Browns’ favor as they battled all day. The Browns’ offensive line continues to play better as the run game had some impressive plays on Sunday.
The Browns keep increasing our stress level with wild games but the mental fortitude to get it done has been fun to watch. If feels like the culture is changing in Cleveland if they can just figure out the quarterback problem.
