A popular Edinburgh bar have announced they will be temporarily shutting their doors to carry out a huge makeover in the coming weeks.
Tigerlilly took to social media on Thursday to inform customers that their famous cocktail bar and restaurant will be closed for nearly two weeks to carry out the renovation works.
Located on George Street, the venue said they will be opening back up with a 'brand new look', as well as a new food and drink menu for locals to enjoy.

With a couple of weeks to go until the closure, the venue will be shut from Sunday, October 9, until Friday, October 21, with staff set to share some 'sneak peaks' of the new look during this time.
Speaking on social media, Tigerlilly said: "We'll be closing our doors for a wee while on Sunday 9th October while we undergo a fabulous makeover!

"We will be re-opening our doors on Friday 21st October with a brand-new look, some unbelievable new menus and an unmissable programme of entertainment and good vibes!
"Keep your eyes on our social media for sneak peaks whilst we are closed!"
