PlayStation players have extended their PS5 blackout indefinitely, vowing to keep their consoles switched off as a protest that could now collide directly with the launch of GTA 6 on 19 November.
The grassroots campaign, centred largely in the UK and US and amplified on social media, began on 23 August in response to Sony's decision to axe physical game discs for future hardware.
