Dan Biggar has just come back from his first tour as Wales captain, where he proved to be a superb leader and a great ambassador off the field.
And his club side, Northampton Saints, have released rarely-seen footage that shows the fly-half in the moments before heading out for kick off, addressing his team-mates.
Biggar is not the captain at Franklin's Gardens but he is still one of the most experienced players at the club and displayed his leadership ahead of a must-win match against Newcastle as the race for the play-offs reached its climax. Victory would put Saints into the post-season knockouts.

As he returns to the dressing room after the warm-up, Biggar is seen repeating a simple message to his colleagues: "Process, process, process."
Then, with Saints skipper Lewis Ludlam biding his time before his own speech, Biggar stands alone in the middle and addresses the entire dressing room.
He says: "What we need from everyone today is exactly what we've had for the last six, seven weeks. We've done the basics well, we've played in the right areas of the field and we've won f***ing tons of collisions.
"So today, it's about making sure we repeat everything we've done over the last six, seven weeks and playing with some f***ing freedom and enjoyment out there."
Northampton went on to be irresistible, roaring to a 65-26 victory, securing their place in the play-offs. Their post-season run, however, would stumble at the first hurdle as they lost to eventual champions Leicester the following week.
Biggar's leadership qualities were evident throughout Wales' recent tour of South Africa. On the field, he was constantly issuing encouragement and tactical messages to team-mates during breaks in play. Away from the action, he handled questions from the local media expertly.
He went on to win over the South African public with nice comments regarding the atmosphere at Loftus Versfeld, Eben Etzebeth and Bongi Mbonambi winning their 100th and 50th caps respectively and generally speaking of what a privilege it was to tour the country.
