Wicklow County Council refused planning permission to convert the Bray seafront property after a string of objections by locals.

The Nothing Compares 2 U singer purchased Montebello in 2007 for a reported €1.7million. The house was previously placed on the market by the singer in 2016 and 2017 but was withdrawn from sale.
