Plans to turn Sinead O'Connor's former €1m luxury home in Bray into apartments have been refused.
Wicklow County Council recently turned down planning permission to convert the Bray seafront property, which came after a string of objections by locals. The Nothing Compares 2 U singer purchased ‘Montebello’ in 2007 for a reported €1.7m.
'Montebello' is located along the seafront on Strand Road, with views of Killiney Hill and Dalkey Island. The house was previously placed on the market by the singer in 2016 and 2017, but was withdrawn from sale.
