Plans in for £65m development which could create 1,500 jobs

Plans for a £65m development in Lancashire which could create around 1,500 jobs have been submitted.

HBD and the Barnfield Group are behind the proposals for 25 hectares of land off Roman Way in Preston.

If approved, the development would include around 800,000 sq ft of industrial and warehouse space.
