Plans for wild swimming pond inside 'landmark' Grade II south London gasholder

London’s newest wild swimming pond could be built somewhere entirely unexpected – a Grade II listed gasholder in South London, Southwark Council has revealed.

The new park will be named after the founder of the gasworks, George Livesey, in the area around Gasholder No. 13, as part of a broader effort to regenerate the Old Kent Road.
