A developer has lodged an appeal against a council's refusal of its plans to build a 29-storey tower next to Battersea Bridge.

Wandsworth Council rejected developer Rockwell's "grossly unacceptable" scheme last year, after ruling it failed to follow policy or meet the needs of the local community.
